Mini Rodini is looking for a Finance Operations & Systems Manager to take full ownership of our accounting operations, financial processes and finance systems.

As we continue to grow internationally, we are strengthening our finance foundation and ways of working. This role is key to building a scalable, compliant and high-quality finance setup for the future.

You will combine end-to-end accounting responsibility with true ERP system ownership. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sits at the core of our financial landscape and strong accounting logic, well-designed processes and reliable data are essential to how Finance operates.

About the role

As Finance Operations & Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the full accounting function, including financial reporting, tax and VAT processes, internal controls and audit readiness. You will also act as system owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from a finance perspective, ensuring that accounting quality, compliance and reporting are built into the system through robust processes and configurations – not manual workarounds.

The role combines classic accounting leadership with hands-on system ownership and continuous process improvement.

You will report to the CFO and play a central role in developing a scalable, reliable and well-governed finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for accounting operations, financial reporting and month-, quarter- and year-end processes
• Ownership of tax and VAT processes, ensuring compliance and timely reporting
• Lead and develop the finance operations team, with responsibility for structure, ways of working and competence development
• Act as system owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within Finance
• Ensure correct accounting logic, posting setup, dimensions, VAT configuration and financial integrations
• Drive improvements and automation of finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash
• Act as main contact towards auditors in matters related to accounting, ERP structure and audit trails
• Partner closely with the CFO on financial governance, reporting quality and risk management

Who we believe you are

You are an experienced accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership and building structure. You are comfortable leading accounting work end-to-end, and you understand how systems and processes need to support high-quality financial reporting.

You likely have:

• Several years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a role such as Accounting Manager, Finance Manager or similar
• Strong hands-on experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in an operational accounting context
• Solid understanding of VAT, financial controls and audit requirements
• Experience improving and standardising finance processes in system-driven environments
• A structured, pragmatic mindset and a high sense of responsibility

Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a strong advantage.
